June Update: Shipments #3 and Masterbox Item List

Hi dear friends,
We continue to pack and ship rewards, almost 50% of the rewards have been shipped so far.
Likewise, we continue painting the pieces of the Pre-Painted packs.
We thought it might help you to have a list with the detailed content of the Masterbox, so we include it in all of them!
All the Masterboxes that have been sent for a couple of weeks include a complete list of the content with the photos of each piece to make it easier for you to organize your gaming table, we know there are many pieces.
In the Masterbox the list of content is already shown on the back of the box but with this new list it will be much easier for you to organize the pieces to create your own combinations on your gaming table.
The first Masterboxes shipped don't include this item list, so we leave it here for you to have it available.

May Update: Shipments #2

Hi dear friends,
Below we inform you of the status of the shipments.
Until this week, 20% of the rewards have been sent, among the rewards sent are the pledges Columns of the Temple and Guardian Obelisk.
Likewise, on Monday a small part of the Masterboxes began to be sent. A few have been shipped over the past week and more will be picked up by the shipping company next week. We still don't know the exact number of boxes that may leave since the transport company does not always take all the packages that we request to collect from our warehouse.
For example, on Wednesday we requested a collection of 38 packages and the carrier only took 18. The reason that the transport company gave us was because the van has a volume limit to load and it could not load more packages since it had to do other scheduled pickups.
So next week they will pick up the packages that were pending in our warehouse and those that we are packing between today, tomorrow and the weekend.
News about UK shipments:
Unfortunately, the courier company we currently work with has rejected shipments to the United Kingdom and during this week they have been returning packages that had already left our warehouse.
We inform you of this because some packages were sent 2 weeks ago and we have received the return of these packages this week, specifically on Tuesday.
The transport company is experiencing delays and logistical problems in customs due to Brexit.
This surprised us a lot as it seemed that the customs problems due to Brexit were just some delays in deliveries, but it seems to be a bit more than just delays.
In any case, there is no need to worry since these returned packages, from now on they will be sent again through the Postal Service, although they usually take a little longer to arrive than a courier, they have assured us that through this service the packages will arrive in the UK without problems. The forwards of these returned packages don't suppose any additional cost for any backer.
In the same way, for packages that are yet to be sent to the UK, we will also send them via the Postal Service.
Painted Scenery
We have started to paint the pieces for the MASTERBOX - PRE PAINTED pledge.
In the coming weeks we will be painting all the pieces included in the Masterbox. We will continue to inform you of the progress.
After the initial wave of confinements and socio-economic changes due to the Covid crisis, transport services have changed from the previous state of normality and the processes to manage shipments are now slower, as well as transit times.
We are sorry that you have to keep waiting for your reward, we continue working so that you all receive it in the shortest possible time.

Addresses, Shipments and More!!

Hi dear friends,
The addresses in Backerkit will be locked in a couple of days as we will start shipping from next week.
If you need to change your shipping address, you can access your survey in Backerkit to do so.
A few packages will start shipping next week.
It will take us some time to pack the pieces into boxes and blisters, we appreciate your patience.
Rewards will be sent weekly in batches, we will record the tracking information in Backerkit so that you can track your package by accessing your private area.
The first rewards that will be sent from next week are the following:

The second quality control is almost finished:
PAINTED SCENERY
We are going to start organizing the painting tables in our studio so that we can soon paint the pieces for the MASTERBOX - PRE PAINTED and MASTERBOX - TABLETOP PAINTED rewards.

April: Production #3

Hi dear friends,
Thanks for your patience and support! In this update we inform you about the manufacturing and shipping status.
After a few months of intense work, some unforeseen events, and the occasional global pandemic, the production of the pieces for the Masterbox and the Stretch Goals is finished.
Even with all the changing situation that has been living at a general level and some other situations on a personal level within our work team, it’s glad that we have finished this main stage of production.
Now, the next step is the production of the Social Media Goals miniatures that were unlocked during the campaign (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/hammerlot/battleruins-temple-of-the-damned/posts/2907479).
We will start production of these miniatures next week.
As well, next week we will begin the second quality control, more exhaustive than the one carried out during production, to make sure that all the pieces of your reward are in the best condition before packaging them.
The pieces that we are going to check are those that are part of the Masterbox as well as its expansions (Guardian Obelisk and Columns of the Temple).
SHIPPING
Shipments will begin this month, over the next week we will have the estimate of the start date. Rewards may be shipped in batches for better logistics management.
We know that you are looking forward to having your Temple of the Damned on your hands, we continue to work hard every day to be able to send you your reward as soon as possible.

Quick update: Production #2

Hi dear friends,
This is a quick update to inform you of the progress of the last weeks.
We are still in confinement between regions, with mobility restrictions and our production mate is still unable to come to our workshop. However, between Ismael and I (Mishell) we have been producing in recent weeks some references that began to be made in January, such as the Guardian Obelisk, the Walls and the Columns of the Masterbox.
As well as practically all the Stretch Goals and Add-Ons, with the exception of the Sphinxes, Round Columns and the Tortured of the Temple, which were already produced the first week of January by our mate before the mobility restriction due to Covid19.
Currently the percentage of manufactured pieces is around 80%. There are few copies to be made of some references such as the Roofs and the Ground of the Temple, which is a huge piece (approximately 18x18cm).
On the other hand, we have another great news regarding Packaging: Last week from the print shop we received the box for the Masterbox with the new design, some color and cover adjustments were made with respect to the initial design, showing the content in all its splendor. We want to show you how the pieces are going to go inside this new box, so as soon as we have the remaining pieces to pack the Masterbox, we will take pictures so that you can see the new design. A design that we think you will like, since it shows different color schemes with which you could paint your Temple of the Damned, as well as different combinations of terrain.
